We were approached by Mitzie Hunter (MPP Scarborough-Guildwood) and the Scarborough-Guildwood Provincial Liberal Association to produce a live virtual event to remember George Floyd and all those who have lost their lives due to anti-Black racism. The 65-minute event had numerous moving parts and had to straddle being a rally-cry, reverential, and a celebration of Blackness. It was a privilege for IMG to be a part of such a cultural moment.
